The worse thing that can happen when buying a property is the developer goes bust. You have no clue if your property will still go ahead and be built or if you will lose all your money.
We feel as property purchasers in Cyprus this Lawyers office did a fantastic job. The SNK clients must be over the moon that they will get to see their property built.
Well done to A&G Kouzali Law Office your hard work has paid off and your have made many people happy we are sure!

Good blog but change the law!

LAWYERS IN CYPRUS CAN HELP WITH ALL LEGAL MATTERS AND LEGAL AID
I believe Legal Aid should not be offered to criminals who have committed a crime. It should be used for better purposes such as family matters.
Why should a criminal get his case paid for by the state when he should not have committed the crime in the first place?
And to make matters worse it is the tax payer’s money that constitutes the legal aid grants. This is a disgrace.
Legal Aid for the victim not the criminal.
Just my thoughts.

Interesting Article.

Fractional seems a good option but if we were to buy a fraction of a property, we would prefer to do this with family and they buy the other factions. We would be very happy to do this. Otherwise you’re sharing a property with people you don’t know.
Self Invested Personal Pension really has caught our eye. The State of pensions in the UK today is horrendous, and we really do need away out and SIPPs might just be the answer?
More options have to be available these days to get buyers interest, that is definitely a fact!

Agree with this article

I think the whole of Europe is the same. I don’t like it and I totally agree with this article.
I believe this issue should be addressed in the schools and the homes from an early age. I feel girls and boys should be raised the same and then this chauvinism would eventually phase out.
Men and women’s mentality must change but this will take many generations. I do not know any female with a high powered job.
Superb Post.

Well written. We agree with this Post.

And so they should. The agents know full well what they are doing and it should be illegal, hopefully it soon will be?
No properties should of been sold after the 1974 Turkish invasion it’s atrocious!
We hope the ECHR decision has now put a stop to all this and estate agents in Turkish Occupied Northern Cyprus, are doing their due diligence and having their clients best interests at heart.
The Agent, we feel are actually more to blame than the people buying the property because the agents know the full political situation in Cyprus.
Just our thoughts.

Thank you Mr Kouzali. For taking the time out to show us the evidence that the Agia Napa Marina is definitely on its way!
We are so excited for the Agia Napa marina it will do so much for this community. It will definitely bring many more tourists and yachting fanatics to this side of the island.
Cyprus is definitely back on the map and is sure to be the most popular holiday destination in 2010 and onwards.
Once again thank you for this information.
